We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to help support the growth of our Vancouver operations through client development, project management and project delivery for municipal water and wastewater infrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Perform engineering work in various engineering fields within the Infrastructure Practice such as pipelines, pump stations, and reservoirs
  • Work on engineering designs including preparing reports, developing plans, preparing specifications, developing cost estimates, conducting alternatives analyses, and obtaining permits for various water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct engineering work on medium to large projects of moderately complex nature
  • Develop and monitor scope, budget, schedule, contractual obligations
  • Adhere to and improve quality management procedures and standards
  • Training and mentor internal staff
  • Act independently and make authoritative decisions on technical matters
  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients and maintain existing client relationships
  • Directing subconsultants performing services on projects
  • Lead pursuits, prepare proposals, and participate in interviews
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communications, high quality project delivery and collaborative problem solving
  • Partner with local business development teams to identify project opportunities and assists with proposal preparation, including project scopes and cost estimates
  • Active in professional associations, including presentation of technical papers, member of technical committee, officer of local or national organization
